Overview
The Punjab government has launched the ‘Himmat Card’ initiative aimed at providing support to persons with disabilities (PWDs) through ATM cards.
This program intends to distribute ATM cards to 85,000 eligible individuals, each receiving a quarterly stipend of Rs10,500.

ATM Cards Distribution and Cash Transaction amongst 40,000 eligible individuals (Completed)
Batch II
ATM Cards Distribution and Cash Transaction to 25,000 eligible individuals (Completed)
Batch III
ATM Cards Distribution and Cash Transaction to 20,000 eligible individuals (Underway)
Women Quota
30% quota has been reserved for women.
