Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang has lauded the good governance and public welfare projects in Punjab. While speaking at a luncheon hosted in honour of the Pakistani delegation at Beijing today, the Prime Minister said that Punjab province is making tremendous progress under the leadership of Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and the development of Punjab in education and infrastructure sectors is worth emulating for other provinces of Pakistan. Chinese Prime Minister offered loan on very soft terms and technical cooperation to Punjab government. He said that Pakistan is the best friend of Chinese people and it would be a pleasure to lend a helping hand in the efforts to rid Pakistani people of loadshedding.
