President Anjuman-e-Tajran Lahore Muhammad Ashraf Bhatti presented a resolution on the occasion of a seminar held on the topic of “Peaceful Pakistan—Prosperous Pakistan” on behalf of Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry which was approved unanimously by organizations of traders and industrialists present in the hall. The resolution stated traders’ community announces that it will not hesitate to render any sacrifice for the defense and stability of the country and will cooperate in supplementing government efforts for the protection of interests of the country. It has been stated in the resolution that patriotic traders of Pakistan are with the government and will not become part of any sit-in or strike. The resolution further stated that traders and industrialists strongly condemn the efforts aimed at damaging the business through protest. Special prayers were offered for police officials, martyred in attack of terrorists on police training center Quetta and martyrs of other incidents of terrorism.
