In connection with “her talk” campaign launched by Provincial Department for Women Development for curbing gender-based violence, an intercollegiate art competition among students arranged at College of Art & Design Punjab University (Old Campus), here today. The students highlighted the issues regarding women rights and their empowerment through their paintings. Fareena won first position while Rafia second position and Maryam Malik third position in the competition. Later, shields were awarded to the winning students. Representatives of All Pakistan Women Association and UNWOMEN were present on the occasion. The campaign “her talk” will continue till December 10.
