Secretary Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Najam Ahmed Shah paid a surprise visit to Punjab Institute of Cardiology today evening and appreciated Chief Executive Dr. Nadim Hayat Mallick, Medical Superintendent Dr. Dildar Ahmad Khan and other senior doctors on their presence in the hospital. He directed to prepare duty roaster under the supervision of senior professor and ensure 100 percent implementation. He also directed to present six months attendance record of the staff. He said that new emergency is also full of patients due to best treatment facilities. He directed that patients recovered should also be discharged from the hospital in evening timings. He said that provision of medicines and disposable items should especially be monitored and stock be made up prior to shortage of anything.
