Punjab Minister for Housing & Urban Development Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed has said that "Khidmat Aapki Dahliz per" program has greatly helped in providing immediate and sustainable solution of people’s problems. Thousands of citizens have so far downloaded "Khidmat Aapki Dahliz per" app which is a proof of its success. The Minister said that the administration’s prompt response on people’s complaints also reflected its significance. Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed said that besides providing services, solution of people’s problems are being ensured under this government’s important and effective public welfare programme. On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar, the public issues are being rapidly resolved across the province under this program. Mian Mahmood-ur-Rasheed said that under this three-week programme, the first week has been allocated for sanitation & cleanliness, second for drainage and third week has been fixed for cleaning government buildings. Direct feedback is also being received from the public through this app which is helping quick and sustainable solution of public problems. He said that by downloading this app, the citizens can send their suggestions and complaints to the administration.
