CM Punjab Ration Card

Overview

In a major step toward food security and poverty relief, CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz has officially launched the Punjab Ration Card Program 2025. This initiative aims to provide monthly financial assistance to 1.25 million low-income households across the province. Designed to help families cover essential kitchen expenses, the program marks a critical move in the government’s broader strategy to tackle inflation and support vulnerable communities. In this each month, these families will receive an amount of 3,000 PKR financial assistance through a digital smart card.

Eligibility Criteria

There are conditions and requirements for eligibility to get a Rashan/Ration Card. These conditions and requirements are compulsory to ensure the transparency of the program. The applicants must meet the following general eligibility criteria to get the Ration/Rashan Card:

  • Applicants/Families must be permanent residents of Punjab. Individuals who are not residents of Punjab are not eligible to apply.
  • The applicant must be registered with the PSER (Punjab Socio-Economic Registry) Survey.
  • Individuals registered with Social Security or Worker Welfare.
  • Applicant must have a valid CNIC as per NADRA records.
  • Mobile number registered with the same CNIC.
  • Monthly income should be less than 50,000 PKR.
  • The PMT Score (Proxy Means Test Score) must be less than 35.
  • Applicant must not be a government employee.
  • Only one person per family can apply for the RASHAN card.
  • Individuals or families who are not tax filers are also eligible to apply.
  • Individuals who do not own a house or have personal property can also apply.
  • Applicant’s family must not be a beneficiary of the BISP (Benazir Income Support Program).
  • Both male and female applicants from deserving families can apply.

  • Apply online by registering through Punjab Socio-Economic Registry portal
  • Through concerned Union Council Office or nearest e-Khidmat Markaz
