Overview
Maryam Nawaz Hunarmand Naujawan Parwaaz Card is a transformative initiative designed to enable skilled individuals across Punjab to access overseas employment opportunities and contribute to Pakistan’s economic growth through foreign remittances.
The program provides interest-free loans to help individuals cover essential pre-departure costs such as medical, visa processing and protectorate fees, air tickets, skill-verification tests, and Overseas Employment Promoter (OEP) fee.
With the Parwaaz Card, the Government of Punjab is opening doors to global employment opportunities, enabling thousands of aspiring workers to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
