Punjab Privatization Board Gave Formal Approval To Sale Of Government Land

Punjab Privatization Board has given formal approval to the sale of government land sold in district Kasur, Pakpattan and Okara. An amount of 11 crore, 43 lakh and 10 thousands rupees has been received through the sale of these lands.

This was decided in a meeting of Punjab Privatization Board held at Civil Secretariat today. Provincial Minister for Excise & Taxation and Chairman Punjab Privatization Board Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman presided over the meeting. Member Punjab Privatization Board and Provincial Minister for Industry Ch. Shafiq Gujjar and other officers of the Board attended the meeting. The meeting was told that District Privatization Board Kasur sold three residential  plots and one commercial plot at 10 crore, 54 lakh and 34 thousand rupees, agriculture land in Pakpattan at 62 lakh 35 thousand rupees and agriculture land in Okara at 17 lakh and 37 thousand rupees. The meeting expressed its satisfaction over the transparent Punjab Privatization Board process of privatization of properties by the Board.
