Chief Relief Commissioner Punjab Nadeem Ashraf has said that flow of water is being monitored continuously at Ganda Singhwala and Head Sulemanki in River Satluj. He said that administration of both the districts is fully prepared and keeping a vigilant eye on the situation. He said that 53600 tents, 171750 food hampers, 82000 mineral water bottles, 35150 mosquito nets and 29800 plastic mats have been distributed to all flood affected administrations. He said that district administration is also providing three time meal to flood affectees. He said that flood affectees have started returning to their homes in the areas where floodwater is receding. He said that process of survey has been started in all flood affected areas in order to access the losses to houses and crops of the people.
