Shuja Khanzada delivers 20 truckloads of relief items to KPK government

On the instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Provincial Minister for Home Col.(R) Shuja Khanzada handed over 20 truckloads of relief items for the victims of thunderstorm in Peshawar to the Local Government Minister of Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa Zia Ullah Afridi and Advisor Anti-Corruption Dr. Haider Ali in Peshawar. Director General PDMA Punjab Jawad Akram was also present on the occasion. These relief items worth Rs. 20 million included tents, mosquito nets, mats, rice, flour, ghee, dry fruit and other eatables. The relief goods were delivered for the Pakhtoon brethren at the warehouse of PDMA Peshawar.
                   
Talking to media-men on this occasion, Col. (Retd) Shuja Khanzada said that government and people of Punjab are standing by their Pakhtoon brethren in this difficult time and fully share their grief. He said that Chief Minister Punjab has issued instructions that more relief items be sent to the affectees if needed. Zia Ullah Afridi and Dr. Haider Ali Khan on behalf of KPK government thanked Chief Minister Punjab for his help and assistance.
