During the meeting of provincial council of Pakistan Muslim League-N Punjab on the occasion of intra-party election Minister of State for Education Baleegh ur Rehman presented four resolutions while newly elected Secretary Information of PML-N Punjab Sami Ullah Chaudhry presented one resolution which were unanimously approved. In the first resolution presented by Minister of State Baleegh ur Rehman, full confidence was expressed in the leadership of newly elected President PML-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and tributes were paid to him for stability of Pakistan and democratic system as well as measures for welfare of the people. The resolution also reposed confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister in the efforts for improvement of economy, curbing of terrorism and success in elections in Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, local bodies elections and bye-elections. The resolution also appreciated the bold stance taken by Prime Minister on Kashmir issue in the meeting of United Nations. In the second resolution, tributes were paid to Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on his election as President Muslim League-N Punjab and his services for Pakistan and implementation of public welfare projects. The role of Shehbaz Sharif as member of the team of Prime Minister in the implementation of CPEC was also lauded. In the third resolution, Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir were strongly condemned and a demand was made to India to withdraw its forces from Kashmir. The resolution reiterated moral, political and diplomatic support for the right of Kashmiris of self-determination. An appeal was also made to world community to play its role for solution of Kashmir issue in the light of UNO resolutions. Violation of line of control by India was also condemned in the resolution while solidarity was expressed with Pak-Army. In the fourth resolution, tributes were paid to the officers, jawans of Pak-Army and security institutions for elimination of terrorism under operation Zarb-e-Azb. The sacrifices of Pak-Army and security institutions were declared as glorious chapter of Pakistan’s history. Secretary Information Muslim League-N Punjab Sami Ullah Chaudhry presented fifth resolution in which full confidence was expressed in newly elected president of Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.
