18-Member Steering Committee Constituted For Implementation Of Reforms Action Plan In Primary & Secondary Health

On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, a steering committee has been constituted for implementation of reforms action plan in primary & secondary health. Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will be head of 18-member steering committee while Advisor Health Khawaja Salman Rafique and Chief Secretary will be co-conveners of the committee. The meeting of steering committee will be held every week regularly to review reforms programme for bringing improvement in primary & secondary health. Steering committee will work for achieving desired results by determining targets for improving public health facilities. The committee will speedily forward the matters settled with the team of Health Department of Turkey and monitor reforms steps being taken in this regard.
