Portrait Of Founder Of Pakistan Quaid-E-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah Inaugurated

Provincial Minister for Information & Culture and Excise & Taxation Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman inaugurated the portrait of founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the biggest portrait in the history of the country, at the wall of Jinnah Hospital Lahore. This 1900 square feet long and wide portrait was completed by the artists of Pakistan, Germany and Ukraine in five days. The eyes of the portrait of Quaid are prominent in the way that they seem to see the viewers equally from every angle. Advisor Information Malik Ahmed Muhammad Khan was also present on the occasion. Talking to the media representatives, the Minister said that this portrait is a beautiful tribute to untiring services of Quaid-e-Azam and the artists of the portrait deserve appreciation on behalf of the entire nation. He said that the portrait of prominent personalities of Pakistan will also be displayed in other cities of the province including Greater Iqbal Park Lahore so that new generation could get awareness about the services of national leaders. He said we have to follow footsteps of Quaid-e-Azam and promise to work hard for making Pakistan a great welfare state. Pakistan will be made the great economic power of the Asia by working through the spirit of Pakistan Movement, he added.

Mujtaba Shuja ur Rehman said that Pakistan Muslim League-N has always used the power for service to the people and it is our resolve that we will use democracy and power for the improvement of Pakistan. He further said that media should create maximum awareness among the youth regarding Pakistan Movement so that they could become aware of the difficulties faced during creation of Pakistan.
