Punjab Minister for Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Kh. Salman Rafique chaired a meeting regarding post turkey visit of Punjab government’s delegation participated in Expo Med Symposium and Public Private Partnership International Conference recently held in Turkey, here in the office of Policy & Strategic Planning Unit (PSPU). The participants of meeting were included Project Director Policy & Strategic Planning Unit Muhammad Khan Ranjha, Medical Superintendent Jinnah Hospital Dr. Sohail Saqlain, Chief Financial Officer Provincial Management Office (PMO) Mr. Usman, General Manager PMO Asim Ali, Deputy Secretary Primary & Secondary Health Dr. Yadullah and other concerned officers attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the outcomes of participation of the delegation in the international conference and its benefits for health sector in Punjab. Deliberations were also made on the international conference on public and private partnership for finalizing prospective proposals of the conference for sharing the proposals/ recommendations with the Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. The Minister Health Kh. Salman Rafique said that consolidated report regarding future planning for collaboration of Punjab government with the Ministry of Health Turkey would be prepared and submitted to the Chief Minister Punjab. Kh. Salman Rafique further said that modalities for public private partnership for health sector would be finalized accordingly.
