Attendance of SWD Employees Being Monitored To Improve the Performance: Spokesperson

The spokesperson of Social Welfare and Bait ul Maal Punjab has said that duty to check the attendance of staff has been assigned to senior officers for making the performance and delivery of service better. According to the spokesperson all Divisional Heads and Deputy Directors across the province visit district offices, centers, institutions and Medical Social Services Units established in different hospitals, check attendance and other office record on daily basis. The spokesperson told in a statement issued today that Divisional Heads along with Deputy Directors paid visit to their respective districts offices, centers, institutions and MSSUs including Bahawalpur, Pindi Bhattian, Hafizabad, Rawalpindi, Rajanpur, Mandi Baha Ud Din, Khushab, Faisalabad, Lahore and others. They checked attendance register and issued warnings to the officers and other staff who found absent from their duties. The spokesperson said that this responsibility have been given by Minister Social Welfare & Bait ul Punjab, Muhammad Ajmal Cheema and Director General Social Welfare. The senior officers will submit attendance report in Director General Office on daily basis.
