All the Religions Teach Lesson of Human Respect, Harmony and Brotherhood. Minister HR&MA

Provincial Minister Human Resource & Minority Affairs Ijaz Alam Augustine has that every religion including Islam brings the message of Human Rights and Harmony and role of Scholars can’t be neglected to create culture of peace and coexistence in the society. He said that people of all schools of thought will have to play their proactive role for bringing a positive change through dialogue in social attitudes for the promotion of religious harmony. He expressed these views while met with a delegation of all religions board under the leadership of Molana Mohammed Asim Makhdoom at new minister block’s office on Friday. Molana Asim said in present situation, the need of collective efforts and struggle for peace and security without any discrimination of cast and creed had increased. He also said that need of time is to create awareness among people of different religions regarding human rights cultivating for inner peace. The Minster said to show respect to other religions and reconcile all the conflicts dismantling the culture of war. He said that all the religions teach the lesson of human respect, harmony and brotherhood. He emphasized that the elements which are destroying social peace will have to be dealt with sternly. In concluding remarks, the minister said that besides government, Ulema, media and people belonging to all schools of thought can promote love and brotherhood through dialogue and check the negative trends. Molana M.Suleman Shakir, Qari Ahmed Shakeel Siddiqui, Asgher Arif Chishti, Yousaf Rehan, Dr. Badar Munir Saifi were present in the meeting.
