Punjab Minister for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Muhammad Ajmal Cheema has said that we should the issues pertaining to religion. He said that we will have to lead our people towards the path of progress to enlighten the name of Pakistan in the world. He was addressing peace conference held in connection with Ramadan ul Mubarik here, today. Speaking to the participants of peace conference, the minister said that if we want to enlist Pakistan in the line of development countries, we all have to struggle to make Pakistan a peaceful country. Muhammad Ajmal Cheema stressed that it is the defense of Pakistan is the duty of every citizen, no matter belonging to what religion. The minister said that we are ready to lay any kind of sacrifice for our country. We will have to end inter-religion haterd to curb the evil of terrorism, he added. At the end of conferences honorary shields were presented to the distinguished guests.
