Punjab chief minister Sardar Usman Buzdar made a surprise visit to Services Hospital Lahore late at night and inquired after the health of the patients there. He also asked about medical facilities provided in this hospital. The patients expressed their satisfaction about it. He went to different wards and checked the cleanliness arrangements. He said that free provision of medicines should be ensured at every cost as it is right of the patients. He said that doctors and nurses should also treat the patients gently and every effort should be made for the treatment of the patients. In the new Pakistan, hospitals will be transformed as rehabilitation centers, he said. I will always be available to serve the people and I have personally checked the medical facilities for patients in the hospitals, he added. The hospital administration remained unaware about the arrival of the chief minister.
