In his message on International Literacy Day, Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar said education is the key to give awareness to the people. Social and economic progress is not possible without education and the getting education is our prime responsibility. He said measures will be taken in the new Pakistan to improve literacy rate. Prominent place in the world is possible with education only. He said education is the basic right of all children. We should all join hands to improve literacy rate.
