Punjab Cabinet Pays Tributes to Dr. Askari for Holding Free, Fair Elections

The last meeting of the provincial cabinet lasted for three hours at chief minister’s office with chief minister punjab Dr. Hasan Askari in the chair. The meeting started with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The chief minister gave his considered opinion after hearing the opinion of concerned ministers and departmental briefings. After a detailed discussion on some agenda points, it was unanimously decided that next government would decide about it because the mandate of the caretaker government is limited and it has ensured holding of peaceful and transparent elections while remaining within its given mandate. The cabinet members also paid tributes to Dr. Askari for ensuring free, fair and impartial elections.
