Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar has said more precautions should be observed for safety from coronavirus. In a statement, he appealed to the citizens to wear facemasks and follow social distancing. During the last 24 hours, 9030 tests were conducted, seven patients died and 340 confirmed cases reported. The total number of active corona patients is 5024 in Punjab while 2372 have died and 97489 others have recovered, the CM concluded.
