The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan has made great strides since 1962. Students from Pakistan’s medical colleges have raised the flag of the country all over the world. Today I would like to say that the heavy responsibility of serving patients has fallen on the shoulders of the students. Doctors have huge responsibility to serve humanity selflessly. Hard work pays well one day. Our number of doctors is very small in vis-à-vis growing population. Doctor is a prophetic profession.” A doctor is referred to as a Messiah. A patient leaves himself at the doctor's disposal and this is a huge responsibility. Doctors and nurses have rendered unparalleled services during Corona Pandemic. Allah Almighty rewards those who serve humanity. I must acknowledge teachers joining us today. The Naya Pakistan Qaumi Sehat Card will be distributed to all over 30 million families of Punjab till March 31. As a worker of Prime Minister Imran Khan, I am striving to provide the best healthcare facilities to the people.” Vice Chancellor Ruling Edward Medical University Professor Dr. Khalid Masood Gondal addresses the audience. College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan has rendered great services in the world of medicine.
