On the direction of DG Anti-Corruption Punjab Nadeem Sarwar, Director Anti-Corruption Establishment Region (A) Hasnain Khalid has arrested Ghulam Muhammad, Naib Qasid of P&D for committing fraud and bagging Rs.30 lac. The accused Ghulam Muhammad along with his accomplice Asif Ali who was a munshi of a private firm looted a person for issuing fake recruitment orders of 30 persons and looted Rs.30 lac. Anti-Corruption has put the accused behind judicial lock up. The accused Asif Ali has been arrested due to rejection of his bail before arrest.
Moreover, Director Anti-Corruption Lahore Region (B) conducted a successful raid and arrested Sajid Javed ASI and recovered Rs.2 lac finger printed bribe money in the presence of a Judicial Magistrate. The accused will be presented in the court for a physical remand.
