An open court was organized in the office of Punjab Health Secretary Dr. Ahmed Javed Qazi to give relief to the victims. Along with Secretary Health, Additional Secretary Establishment Ashfaq ur Rehman and Deputy Secretary Syed Bakhtiar were also present. Applicants submitted the applications to Punjab Health Secretary Dr. Ahmed Javed Qazi. He issued orders on the spot on the request of the applicants. Secretary Health Punjab Dr. Ahmad Javed Qazi said on this occasion that the applications of applicants are being heard on priority basis on a daily basis through the open court in the Department of Specialized Health Care and Medical Education. All the officers in the department have been instructed to immediately implement the applicatios of the applicants. My office is always available to solve the problems of the applicants. The Department of Specialized Health Care and Medical Education has been directed all officers to speed up the process of applications for applicants. Immediate decisions will be made on the applications of applicants. The concerned officers have been directed to process the applications within a day. Delaying tactics on the request of a applicants are intolerable. 100 merit is being ensured on applicants' applications. Prompt processing of applications is a fundamental right of every applicant. Instead of queuing up in, preference is given to hearing applications on a priority basis through open court every day. Applicants will not face any difficulty in the Department of Specialized Health Care and Medical Education. The Department of Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education strives to provide better treatment facilities to the patients coming to government teaching hospitals.
