In alignment with the directives of Provincial Minister Ibrahim Murad, the Department of Transport has launched the "Fitness for Vehicles Campaign." The Provincial Minister has actively encouraged the public to participate in this fitness initiative. In a statement released from Lahore on this matter, Provincial Transport Minister Ibrahim Murad stressed the importance of the public obtaining fitness certificates for their vehicles. Vehicle inspection and fitness checks are now systematically conducted at dedicated Vehicle Inspection and Fitness Checking Stations. Currently, 26 such stations are operational across various districts of Punjab. This Punjab government initiative plays a crucial role in ensuring vehicle safety and maintaining environmental cleanliness to prevent accidents. It was further emphasized that the Punjab government is committed to creating a clean and safe environment for the public. The success of these efforts hinges on the cooperation of the public.
