Citizens can now file complaints against individuals who burn hospital waste and garbage, operate smoke-emitting kilns and vehicles, and factories that run without smoke control devices. Complaints submitted through the app will be swiftly reported to the appropriate authorities, and urgent action will be taken to resolve them. Complainants will also be kept up to date on the status of their complaints. Among the institutions linked to the app are PDMA, metropolitan corporation, traffic police, Parks and Horticulture Authority, and departments of agriculture, transportation.
