The applicant should apply through an application form available outside the premises of the Passport Office, Civil Secretariat and district courts
The applicant should deposit Rs.15/- as an official fee for extension in visa. The said fee is deposited in the regional branch of National Bank of Pakistan
The applicant is required to attach the following documents with the application form:
Copy of 1st & last page of passport
Copy of visa granted by Embassy
Copy of the Identity Card of the person with whom he is staying
Reason for extension of stay in detail with documentary proof
Extension for 15 days is granted same day, whereas, extension for one month is granted after approval of Deputy Secretary (General), Home Department
